When is the refund application due for an unused ticket?

Refund application period

○ Domestic flights: within 30 days from the expiration date of the ticket.

○ International Lines: within 30 days from the expiration date of the ticket

Refund may be rejected if you do not keep the above period, so if you are not able to use your ticket during the validity period, please apply for refund as soon as possible.
