1. What's the procedure for membership withdrawal?
you can sign in and withdraw from the membership in the membership change menu on the My Page.
- withdraw from the membership -
1) After logging in, click on the My Page menu at the top left of the homepage.
2) From the My Page menu, click Edit Member Information.
3) Enter the password in the Login Password Confirmation window. (This is a procedure to protect your personal information more safely.)
4) Click the [Withdraw] button at the bottom of the Edit Member Information page.
5) Enter the password again for verification.
6) Read the Member Withdraw Information screen and click the [Withdraw] button.
7) When the complete page is displayed, membership withdrawal is completed.
2. What benefits stop when I withdraw from the membership?
you will not be able to get the following benefits.
1) My page service that allows you to easily search purchase details or issue receipts on the homepage.
