ㅇ How to apply :
- Ancillary services can be bought during the ticket purchase through Jin Air homepage/mobile.
- After purchase, Apply for additional service through [My Page] > [Reservation Inquiry/Change/Cancel] menu.
- After purchase, contact Customer Center to apply
- If purchased through travel agency, apply through My Trip on the homepage.
- Applying through Customer Service Center is also available. (Some tickets purchased through specific travel agencies are not yet available so please contact the original channel of your ticket.)
ㅇ Notice
- Only purchasing the service 24 hours before departure is allowed.
- Refund is not possible from 24 hours before departure time, and pre-seating service may not be refunded even if ticket is cancelled.
- If the passenger is determined to be unable to sit in the purchased seat at the airport, The seat will be cancelled and refund is unavailable.
