For passengers who are uncomfortable with mobility, free wheelchairs will be provided upon arrival and departure at the airport.
After making an online reservation, you can apply in advance through the [My Page] or the customer service center. Or you can request to a check-in agent on your departure day at the airport.
Please note that wheelchair service might be not available at some arrival airport due to wheelchair stock control issue.
Passengers who need wheelchair service are required to show up in the check-in counter early enough to apply for the service and move to the boarding gate.
