If you lost your ID or password, you can find it with the following procedure.
- for lost ID
1) Click Login in the upper left corner of the homepage and click the Find ID button under the ID and password entry box.
2) Check your ID using your mobile phone's or I-pin authentication. (Excluding the last two digits from the ID)
- for lost password
1) Click Login in the upper left corner of the homepage and click the "Find Password" button under the ID and password entry box.
2) You temporary password will be given a through your mobile phone’s or I-pin authentication.
