Infants travelling with a guardian who are less than 24 months (on boarding date) after her or her birth can be admitted free of charge by setting up as infant and entering the date of birth. The guardian can sit together with the infant without a separate seat assignment for him/her.
One guardian can travel only with one infant.
If one guardian travels with two infants or more, child fare will be applied for the additional infant and seat will be available for the infant.
Customers who accompany an infant (or a child) should present relevant documents (e.g. resident registration or family relation certificate or health insurance) to our staff in the check-in counter
If you do not enter the accompanying infant at the time of booking, please inform the check-in agent of the infant's name and date of birth in the check-in counter on your departure date, presenting the proving documents. Then you will be able to accompany the infant.
