Due to a sudden injury, I am unable travel. Will it be possible to waive the refund fee?

If you are unable to travel due to a sudden injury, you will need a medical certificate issued by the medical institution. You are able to waive the fee if you are unable to board/fly, or travel. Please check the conditions for refunds and documents required to be verified by the Jin Air customer service.
