Reservations can be changed or cancelled after flight departure.
However, depending on the fare type, handling policy will be different.
○ Domestic flights
- Service fee for reservation change and refund will be charged differently depending on the ticket valid period remaining until the departure date and whether or not the departure time has elapsed.
- The deadline for refund application is within 30 days from the expiration date of the ticket.
- No charge for Reservation change or refund on the day of purchase
- Reservation change or refund limited for some types of fare
- If you do not cancel your booking before departure time or if you do not board after check in,
No-show penalty will be applied.
○ International flights
- Please refer to the individual fare rules as the reservation change rules vary by the fare type .
- Refund fee will be charged differently depending on the ticket valid period remaining until the departure date.
- The deadline for refund application is within 30 days from the expiration date of the ticket.
- If you purchase the ticket through Jin Air customer service center, official website and branch office,
the refund penalty will not be applied within 24 hours of purchase.
However, the No-show penalty will be charged regardless of time of purchase.

- The different rule will apply to some fares, such as groups and special fares.
- If you do not cancel your booking before check-in closing time(50minutes before departure) or if you do not board after check in, No-show penalty will be applied.
