When is the refund application for the ticket purchased in JIN MARKET due, without refund charge?

Refund fee for a ticket purchased via Jin Air website/mobile APP will not be charged if you request refund within 24 hours after your ticket purchase.
Refund through the customer service center can only be made within the center operation time (09:00 - 18:00).
