In this case, the refund will generally be made through the credit card company. Tickets purchased by credit card are not refunded in cash, and as with the purchase, they are refunded to the card account in accordance with the card payment date.
If you request a refund for your ticket, the airline will request a refund to your credit card company within three days, and the credit card company will refund it in time for your payment date.
If the card account is closed, the refund can be processed through the credit card company using the same procedure.
If you want to receive a refund in cash, you are required to submit a confirmation document for the card closure at the card company or the bank. However, it must be stated that [credit card affiliate member may refund cash] (Article 20 of the Credit Finance Act).
In this case, the credit card service fee will be charged away from the refund penalty.
