No, third parties cannot get boarding pass.
You have to come in and receive it yourself.
The required documents are as follows.
▶ Domestic flights: passenger ID, Itinerary/Receipt, or reservation number
▶ International flights : passport, Itinerary/Receipt, required travel documents for destination countries such as visa
