FM/AM radio, portable TV receiver, Walkie-talkies, radio-controlled toys are not usable on the plane.
However, even if the electronic equipment is allowed to use in the cabin, cabin attendants may request to stop the use of it for safe flight if any abnormal symptoms associated with the use of the devices are expected or found in the aircraft systems. The use of electronic devices is prohibited, especially when visibility of the runway is poor due to weather conditions (implemented as of 1 March 2014).
