My Jin Air points were not automatically inputed. If I do not know my reservation number, how can I input my points?

You will have to contact Jin Air customer service or visit the Jin Air homepage within 30 days after you have boarded your flight. You will have to do a Q&A and give any necessary information needed by customer service.
